Shipping & Return Policy


All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM.


We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. 

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages once an order is shipped and tracking number sent.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, there are no refunds, returns or exchanges accepted. If a customer receives a damaged product, please contact us to check replacement eligibility.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
